As many of you know one of the supporting audiences for McCain in these primaries and soon to be the general election are the Hispanic immigrants. This term includes first, second, and third generation immigrants. You may ask yourself why they would be supporting him when Hispanics are notoriously democratic voters. One part of the answer is McCain's promise to give amnesty to over 12 million illegal immigrants. The majority are in fact Hispanic. America is well on her way to becoming a bilingual nation today. But where would we stand when the right of citizenship is taken advantage of. A right and a privilege that would then become nothing. As an American I am disheartened. But what can the Republican party do when McCain sure enough won the votes and is the best candidate to run against the Democrats. The answer I propose is to vote for the lesser evil. The lesser evil is most certainly McCain.

I have to agree with the idea that you referenced. The Republican Party does not have a candidate that represents it well enough this election.
