Crude Oil Prices

Crude oil prices have reached $133 a barrel now. Leaving Americans wondering when it will end. In the southland the lowest unleaded gasoline prices are just under $4 a gallon but well over $4 for any sort of premium gas. As many have said this war is about oil. But if we are winning, then why are the prices continually rising? The real question is when are the environmentalist going to do their part and allow the government to proceed with offshore oil drilling all along the western United States. Colorado has already been drilled for oil and experts say there is an inconceivable amount of oil still to come from the Rocky Mountain state. If we want to get out of this oil crisis it will take a movement on the home-front to drill on our own property. The result will be more jobs for Americans, cheaper prices at the pumps, and a continued world power to light the way for democracy.

here you can check the latest crude oil prices:

Solid reporting young journalist; Your movie list is great, if you need to borrow any Eastwood movies let me know, for I have them all.
Where is your picture on this thing?

The reason we don't drill at home for oil is because the United States wants to save its own oil reserves for a time when it might be a necessity. For example if we go to war with some of the nations in OPEC, they may cut us off from oil. In order to continue living the way we do, then we have those oil reserves at home...but for now we should save our oil for a time we might need it much more.

I think that the reason that we do not drill at home is largely due to environmental considerations. This is evident with the large reserves that are going untapped in Alaska.

*eye roll*

The reason we are not drilling for oil HERE is because the elite, the rich, the corporations, live for the HERE and NOW.

They will make AS MUCH money as possible, (WAR CORPORATISM) and take the oil out of every other country (Right now? Libya) and THEN we'll either finally tap into our own resources, or KEEP those and just go on with alternative energies (and there are possibilities, but corporations want to lengthen their profiteering ventures for as long as possible)

The joke?
We're all going to die anyway.
So why do all this war and let so many suffer for some more $$$?

"The capitalist will sell you the rope to hang himself with,"

So true. So true.
